LIABILITY DISCLAIMER
Container Gym and its instructors take responsibility for ensuring that courses, events, and workshops are conducted properly in accordance with the legal requirements. However, they explicitly disclaim any additional liability, including liability for damages. This means that they assume no responsibility for any harm or injuries that may arise from participating in the events/workshops. Specifically, the organizers are not responsible for any physical or mental health issues that may be aggravated by attending the events/workshops.
The course instructor reserves the right to refuse participants if they believe that the participant's health or psychological well-being is not suitable for participating in the course. This decision may be made at short notice or even during ongoing courses. If a participant is rejected, they will be refunded a pro-rated amount of the course fee.
Participants use the course facilities at their own risk. Container Gym does not assume any liability for any personal items brought into the facilities.
For all trainings, events, and retreats organized by Container Gym, we disclaim any liability for any damages incurred. Therefore, you are responsible for ensuring that you have adequate insurance coverage. Container Gym is not responsible for any loss or theft of personal items.
Group Training:
You can cancel your registration up to 4 hours before the start of the lesson by using the app's booking cancellation feature. Please note that we cannot accept cancellations by phone or email. If you do cancel, your account will be credited with the appropriate tariff (whether you have a subscription or a single class pass), but we cannot refund any course fees that have already been paid. If you fail to cancel on time or do not show up for a class, the class will be deducted from your subscription without prior notice. Additionally, customers with monthly subscriptions who repeatedly register but do not attend classes will lose their reservation rights. Please note that the schedule or teaching staff may be subject to change without prior notice, and we are unable to provide refunds in these cases.
Workshops, Events, or Trainings
If you're unable to attend a workshop or training, you can find someone else to attend in your place. Please let us know by email and include the name, first name, and email address of the replacement person.
We understand that cancellations can be a hassle. Alternatively, depending on when you cancel, we may be able to partially waive the course fee. Cancellations must be in writing.
The course fee waiver or refund is determined as follows:
Cancellation Period Cancellation Fee
Up to 2 months before the event: 25% of the course fee
Up to 15 days before the event: 50% of the course fee
Less than 15 days before the event: 100% of the course fee
Missed lessons cannot be rescheduled or refunded. If you're absent due to illness, work overload, or other reasons, or if the workshop or training is interrupted, there is no entitlement to a reduction or refund.
Personal Training
If you need to cancel a personal training, please let us know at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time by phone or email.
Generally
In the event of illness or unforeseen circumstances, the course instructor may cancel a training session at short notice or arrange for a suitably qualified substitute. We will notify participants of any cancellations by email or phone as soon as possible, unless it is an unforeseeable situation. If a training is cancelled, subscriptions can be extended accordingly.
To ensure that our courses are held under optimal conditions, we set a minimum and maximum number of participants for each event or course. If there are not enough participants, the course will not be held and the course fee will be refunded.
Participants are required to inform the course instructor of any existing physical or mental health limitations, as well as any existing pregnancy, at the beginning of the course/workshop/event. If a health limitation or pregnancy arises during the course/workshop/event, the course instructor should be notified immediately.
Each participant takes part in these courses at their own risk, and it is the responsibility of each individual participant to seek medical advice before participating in the courses/events/workshops. If a participant has any doubts about their physical or mental suitability for participation, they are strongly advised to seek appropriate professional advice before registering.
